Diana was my favorite client to work with at the time - she was a true marketer who understood what it meant to build a brand and she payed attention to the details. She drove results and was disciplined about having measurement plans in place and consistently optimized her campaigns according to the data. She was ahead of her time in that way! I loved working with someone who cared about the customer and always subscribed to the philosophy that what was good for the customer was good for the business. Diana was privileged to work on products/brands that made a difference in healthcare, and she never forgot it was about the patient. Couple that with her marketing skills, and you could always be sure that a purpose-driven plan would be developed and implemented. It was a great pleasure to work with a marketer like Diana.

Introduced a wound care brand into the Physician arena from inception to launch. I led the market analysis of potential Physician targets and unmet needs, and positioned the brand for success. I created sales materials which allowed our field force to communicate complex scientific data to surgeons, nurses and other medical professionals. I also trained the sales force on the scientific basis for our market advantage, the use of our scientific arsenal and appropriate talking points for various medical audiences, and spearheaded the first KOL board for Wound Therapeutics, all of which helped to drive product growth of over 150%.
