I worked with Diana briefly very recently having been seconded into an Operations Manager position at short notice to replace a permanent member of staff who had gone off long term sick. I was tasked with managing teams of employed individuals, something which I had not done for some time, and the associated T&C and HR issues that come with it. Luckily I had Diana as a source of guidance and support. With endless patience and knowledge of HR matters she made this part of the process very easy and efficient.
