  Program Description: Minimum 1 year student commitment with a required pre-requisite course completion. Culinary Arts students run an actual business that includes Guest Chef Dinners, on and off site catering, marketing, production and sale of packaged goods. Student curriculum includes product identification, sanitation, knife skills, knowledge of proper cooking methods and techniques, customer service, menu and recipe development with an emphasis on seasonality and how to run a sustainable food service business.
