  Stoker: - Collaborate with purchasing group to determine when products are missing from deliveries and contact vendors in regards to damaged products. - Work closely with Order Pickers to make sure that each packaged order has the correct amount and types of products. - Attracting customers to different aisles and helping customers fill orders. - Organizing advertising campaigns inside the store and helping customers with merchandise questions. - Unloading merchandise and stocking shelves with items. - Lifting and placing merchandise, also making sure that shelf products are facing the right way. Computer Skills: - Marking items with individual ID codes (prices, stock numbers, bar codes, inventory control codes, etc.). - Utilize the company’s inventory software platform to check in products and compare deliveries to outstanding purchase orders - Keeping records of sales and computing merchandise prices, also replacing missing and damaged products. - Completing mail, phone, and internet orders and ensuring that customers receive their orders.
