I am the patient liaison for the practice. I help patients get thru some difficult situations. I am here to educate them on their surgeries, procedures, office visits, protocols and to answer any questions that they may have. I help to navigate patients to the proper persons with questions about insurance or billing if I am not able to help them. My goal is to make sure that our patients have the best experience they can with us. I am here to listen to complaints, concerns, and compliments. I work closely with our social media groups. Making sure that the info we are getting out to our patients is up to date and accurate. I help support our staff and doctors and to be the voice for our patients when they need help. Bennett & Bloom is my livelihood and I want our patients to feel like family. I have had many rolls here and am proud to be a part of such a special team. In addition to this very important roll I manage events for the company. And work with our student body that we train during their schooling. The students come from several Universities in our area to complete an internship with us. I also coordinate our continuing education courses for our OD community put on by our great team of doctors.
