Sephora is one of the leading perfume and cosmetics stores in France and holds a long-standing presence in the beauty industry around the world.I joined Sephora team in Iasi as beauty adviser and promoted shortly to Sales Supervisor, but then moving to Bucharest had to reconfirm the performance as Supervisor in Afi Palace.Soon after that I was ready to take new challenge as Store Manager in Sun Plaza where I had following responsibilities:* Motivate and coordinate the team* Organize the sales activity for achieving sales targets by monitoring over 9 KPIs* Identify and implement proper best practices. I am proud that Sephora implemented in all Sephora stores in Romania and used for years the Action plan objective tracking tool that I developed.* Knowledge about products and actively involvement in the sale process* Organize and coordinate punctual, cyclic (by brands) and annual inventories* Coordinate the yearly performance evaluation process* Organize and coordinate the recruiting process for new internal positions* Coach team members to promote according to specific performance criteria. There is no bigger satisfaction as manager to see your team succeed and I had many of them promoting through hard work to Supervisor and Store manager roles.* Inventory monitoring and apply replenishment measures* Effective communication inside the team, with Head Office and our customers* Excellent customer service skills* Represent the company's image in the relation with the customers* Efficient conflict management and resolution skills* Ability to work under pressure, dealing with many priority activities with tight deadlines* Coordinate and supervise the monthly maintenance work with the team inside the mall* Due to very good sale performance results I was able to get approval to transform our store from the basic tier type to an upgraded one. This involved coordination of workers and activities to achieve goals smoothly without disrupting the sale process. Show less
