One of my favorite parts about teaching was getting to see Diana's smiling face. A student in my MKT 380 class, Managing Customer Experience in the Digital World, Diana always had a smile and a thoughtful question or comment to share. Amidst a pandemic, she was an active class participant both in person and virtually. A great communicator and teammate, her work was thoughtful and strategic. I hope one day we'll be teammates again!
