  CV. Hartono Indoperkasa which was widely known as EASY SPEAK, was one of prominent course places in Indonesia that offered English course with different teaching method. I was the Quality Assurance Officer in the company whose responsibilities were basically similar to Teacher's Coordinator. My main responsibilities included, not limited to: 1. Making sure the materials delivered were in high-quality and in-line with the students' needs. 2. Coordinated with the tutors around Indonesia and made sure that the tutors did the company SOP accordingly and deliver high quality materials. 3.
