Diagbare and I were working in the ITOM support team for about 10 years in Level 3 role. Beyond Diagbare's strong analytic skills and to-the-point-explanations, deep knowledge in ITSM processes, networking, transfer encryption (SSL), Single-Sign-On, Cloud technology (Kubernetes), REST API, and Portal technology, I especially enjoyed his team approach and always-willingness to contribute and assist.
