  NAK was established following our experience in consulting, delivery and management of global telecoms and IT solutions. Based on key customer insights of their IT service experience, we found that clients were all too often frustrated with incumbent vendors, simply because of a lack of supplier flexibility and the on-going service delivery, that failed to live up to the advertised excellent standards described by the IT consultative sales teams.
