  In the field of cytogenetics, culture leukemic patient’s bone marrow and blood sample in order to carried out abnormality in to the chromosomes through karyotyping, FISH and solid tumor. I have worked with metaphor automatic software which scan the patient’s slide and gives clusters of the chromosomes. Using ISIS software final analysis were done through the chromosomal arrangement. As result, abnormal chromosomal abnormalities were carried out for the patient.
