During my working tenure with unicommerce i was managing dhruv.He has demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and was able to consistently deliver positive results.He was responsible for managing a large portfolio of accounts and always went above and beyond to ensure that their needs were met. What make him different and stand out seperate from others is his ability to build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs and priorities.He has been identifying areas of improvements and helped his customer to adopt the best practices. Specially I use to provide example of dhruv to team on better followups and proactive approach and responses towards customer queries.
