Propelled this Data for Good innovator to the fore, most recently with the EIT Food-supported FRIENDS project with Metro AG. Over the years, I've initiated a pipeline that includes over 50 food retail organizations, evangelized in over a dozen conferences in as many countries.Wasteless was featured by World Economic Forum, in FAO's 2019 Annual Report, in McKinsey Quarterly. As well as on the national TV news in NL, Belgium, front pages and long reads in quality newspapers and trade press. To inspire prevention on food waste, I gave keynotes, sat on panels, and contributed to dozens of conferences in as many countries. And we won multiple coveted awards, for impactful innovations in the US, and several EU countries. After a break from food waste prevention in the Feb'20-Aug'20 period, I'm eager to help retailers benefit from the opportunities that are in reducing their waste, by boosting their bottom line.

Ever since 2004 BridgeHeads has brought together strong partners from a range of fields, connecting them in novel ways to achieve new solutions. Based on the strengths of companies that had not been co-operating before, realizing undreamt of benefits. Some examples?* In close co-ordination with Mobileye's Bus Dev Director I created an after-market in the Benelux, which culminated in adding €7M hardware and the entire logistics to a field operational test with Transporation Ministry of the Netherlands.* With AutoStrade Per l'Italia, Fiat and Clifford we put together one of the consortiums that qualified for the (later cancelled, due to political re-prioritization) tender for Dutch Road Pricing. IBM, TomTom were among the consortia that did not manage to qualify.* With Mediq and medical innovator sBZ we realized a nationwide network of self care support clinics. And we cooperate with architects, building innovators, circular building investors and developers to create sustainable projects that take local priorities into account, as we create new realities.* For Volkers Wessels I created a complete overview of Israeli Vision Technology companies, to understand opportunities in Safety, Security, Infrastructure* For Elbit I sourced and ran the Tender process of the Dutch Civil Coast Guard's transition to camera based observation. We decided the requirements did not fit the state of the technology. The Coast Guard actually cancelled the entire Tender 18 months after we informed them we would not compete.* For X-sight Systems FOD prevention, we ran pilots in various airports, including Schiphol's 09-27. I introduced X-sight to Aeroports de Paris, Sea-Tac and others. Are still involved with them today* For Magink I sold a display solution to Schiphol Airport* Introduced homeware manufacturer, with an innovative cooking products range and achieved €4M+ sales in leading German retail chains

A mobile platform, connecting visitors in cities, to their destinations. A more personal and valuable city experience for all of us. And a mobile strategy for retail, culture and hospitality. Launched in Amsterdam, we're already receiving 1 in 7 tourists in the city, on our local web sites. A mobile platform, connecting visitors in cities, to their destinations. Activating the hundreds of thousands of visitors to Amsterdam prime cultural attraction, the Van Gogh Museum. The Van Gogh Mile's app has been downloaded by some 25.000 users (iOS & Android), with an average 20 page views per user. Feedback from visitors is great and to critical acclaim, from the NYTimes, Guardian, Parool, AT5, Avro TV and... we made it to NRC Handelsblad art work of the year by leading critic Bianca Stigter. Independently initiated and closed €7M project with Dutch Ministry of Transportation, for Driving Intelligence. Powered by Mobileye's technology, That I sourced and managed, as well as several telematics integration. This was Mobileeye's break out project: its first multi-million on-the-road validation. The integration of the Mobileye hardware into trucks was eventually managed by Clifford. Then thought up a consortium for the Dutch Road Payments scheme (Rekeningrijden). Initiated a consortium, with among others Autostrade Per l'Italia (the world's leading toll company), and several Fiat daughters. Qualified for the tender's second phase, which was never realised due to political considerations.
