  Detail engineering / packaging of API 618 & Non API Reciprocating Gas compressor’s. Co-ordinate internally within Project Engg. Group, CAD Group and Technical Manager and externally with customers (NEA Group S&A Companies) and end customers / consultants, vendors & suppliers for technical matters to ensure that the project drawings, specifications and data sheets are released for execution in time. Detail Engineering & Execution from Inception to Engg. Completion & commissioning support of various NEA frames of API618 & Non API Reciprocating gas compressors packages with all accessories like Induction & synchronous motors, ASME vessels, TEMA coolers, API 618/614 lube oil system, API 618 cooling water system, Instrumentation etc, for all types of gas applications of Neuman & Esser compressors from 30 kW up to 8000 kW packages for various OIL & GAS, PETROCHEMICAL, INDUSTRIAL, ENERGY, OFF-SHORE & ON-SHORE customers GLOBALLY namely USA, GERMANY, SOUTH-KOREA, ITALY, INDIA, SOUTH-EAST ASIA etc. Responsible to collect / review / approve the whitebook consist of all tender documents / customer specification / TQ’s & MOM’s / Plant lay-out / Preliminary P&ID / GA / Foundation documents / scope of work & supply / MR & PR from S&A’s / End user / Consultants as applicable and detail out the major project deliverables and further planning & scheduling macrolevel. Review and approve P&ID’s, Compressor GA & Foundation drawings & submit for customer approval, Bill of materials for all items which forms a part of project engineering & VDR. Release BOM & RFQ’s & specifications for Gas coolers, pulsation pressure vessels, process PSV’s, Utility equipment’s viz. pump, filter, PCV, TCV, etc. to S&A’s Project & purchase dept. & take part to the extend in selecting the right components / items and ensure technical compliance to specifications.
