Machine size in a ton, clamp type, injection capacity, screw diameter, maximum and minimum mold height, platen size, a distance between the bars, eject stroke, robot type and oil tank capacity) for molding press machines, assembly lines, temperature controller, compressor, cooling & chiller tower. • Executed project “A2MAC1 automotive benchmarking” where technical information’s was accumulated (E.g. global, fastener, measurements and references data) for exterior parts (spoiler, Rear and front bumper, central, front shell, mudguard, trim bezel etc.) Of every model and prepared report in excel, power point and Auto cad. • Measured technical data for Exterior parts of car, cavity and core to put on fixtures with help of six axes ZEISS CMM machine. • Performed internal and external audits (Amount of energy utilized in form of propane gas, steam, electricity and water) to ensure compliance with EHS guidelines. • Conducted numerous workplace inspections, indoor air quality assessments, water intrusion and monitored noise level in plant and making sure that they are not excessive .
