I worked with Dheepak in the past at CSIR (Bioprocessing Platform). Dheepak had a very good handle on operations within a biological production and research environment. He is extremely hands-on and does not shy away from getting involved when crises arise. He gets on very well with people and lead by offering the necessary support for staff.
