I joined GHCL as Sr. Manager, at present working as President (IT). The prime objective in 2010 was to implement ERP system and integrate processes. Over a period of 10+ years besides preparing IT team to handle various software & network related tasks, we have implemented multiple systems to integrate processes, to name a few: • Farvision ERP, Modules implemented: Marketing, Material, Accounts, Payroll, HR, Land bank and Legal. The task was to overcome preset work practice and convince staff to migrate. • Ganesh Connect, a mobile application (iOS & Android) conceptualized & designed in-house and developed by third party to create the perfect interface with Ganesh Housing patrons. • Ganesh BA, an Android application conceptualized in 2018, designed and developed in-house. With 7+ years of data in ERP, the idea was to provide real time Business Analytics reports to top brass. • Cloud Telephony (SIP line), every inquiry matters. We managed to trap each and every inquiry, identify the best medium that generates lead; with call recordings a QC check was implemented . • Lead Management, with cloud telephony in place, the next was a CRM. The cloud telephony and Lead Management system were also integrated with Website pages and Property portals to register inquiries automatically into the CRM system. • DRC (Disaster Recovery Centre), with many systems on board, generating valuable data, we implemented DRC to ensure data safety and recovery in case of eventuality. • Internal Ticketing System, this was to gauge IT team’s utility. Any individual seeking help of IT team has to generate a ticket in system. This gets gets escalated if not attended in time. • Monitoring of Website’s technical parameters, Website’s performance and ranking matters most in getting it listed up the search order. • Social Media accounts, this is the key to digital marketing.
