I worked with Dharni as a teammate on multiple projects throughout our first semester at the Kelley School. Dharni is an excellent teammate and is a pleasure to work with. She was very organized and critical to our teams ability to work efficiently during meetings. I'm impressed with her ability to tackle ambiguous issues without any direction. From our time working together, I asked her to join my Alumni Relations Committee as the Lead for our Alumni Kick-off event. Since assuming her role, she has exceeded expectations. We have encountered a number of unforeseen obstacles and her quick response and ability to maneuver those challenges has been extremely valuable. I will be studying abroad in the last 7 weeks of my tenure as VP of External Affairs, and I have asked Dharni to serve in the interim. I would absolutely work with Dharni again, and I'm looking forward to it!
