    • Cluster Manager, Operations & Programming
      • Feb 2019 - Aug 2020

Joining Cult.fit through the acquisition of Gameday Arts (of which I was one of the founders), I was responsible for the seamless and successful transition of a team of 40+ Coaches and Programme Managers into their new roles and imbibing the organisation's values and structure. Following this, as Cluster Manager, I introduced the first-ever Juniors program for Cult.fit in fitness, yoga, football and swimming to an astounding response, generating a revenue of over £400,000 in 2 months during the Summer. Furthermore, I designed and launched a brand new format, taking Cult’s offering beyond gyms & yoga studios by introducing a 'Learn to Swim' and ‘Swim Fitness’ programme which directly improved the brand's net promoter score (NPS). In addition, I managed cluster operations for 17 Cult.fit & Mind.fit centres in Bangalore for over 25,000 members from a training and facilities’ quality perspective through customer feedback analysis and performance improvement plans at a 95% approval rating by directly managing Cult.fit's on-ground training and management team. During the Covid-19 induced centre closures, I helped build an online training platform for freelance trainers in categories such as fitness, yoga, therapy and nutrition on Cure.fit’s newly created digital marketplace. Having joined Gameday Arts at its inception in August 2014 as its first employee, I progressed to Program Director and then COO in my 4.5 years at the organisation before its eventual acquisition by Curefit in February 2019. In these roles, I: - Built strategic partnerships with football arenas and schools across the city to run after-school grassroots football coaching programs by Paris Saint-Germain Football Academy and later Rangers FC. - Devised the product offering and fee structure for the program across various schools, football arenas and communities in Bangalore with a healthy mix of business sustainability and talent scouting. - Recruited and managed a diverse group of young and dynamic coaches and programme managers to run on field & off-field activities of the programme. - Responsible for Gameday Arts' annual turnover of £200,000 within 12 months of launch of the programme. - Initiated one of Bangalore’s first grassroots football tournaments - 'Gameday Cup' getting Adidas on board as sponsors for children of all ages and playing levels, with an idea to give every child the chance to compete. - Launched the ‘Michael Phelps Swim Programme’ in Bangalore with an aim to teach kids and adults to ‘Learn to swim the right way’ as a life skill, as well as for competition level swimmers. - Grew the swimming programme to coaching over 5000 toddlers, children and adults across 15 facilities within 2 years of its launch, generating annual revenues of upto £250,000. - Ensured the smooth transition following a 3 year partnership with Paris Saint-Germain to become known as the Gameday Football Academy sponsored by Adidas and built a new and fruitful partnership with Rangers Football Club (Scotland’s most decorated club). - Successfully bid and hosted the Bayern Munich Youth Cup from 2016-18 for Adidas with over 80 schools in South India competing each year.
