I can't say enough about Gajanan's work at MarkLogic. For one thing, he delivered major components of the MarkLogic server, using creativity and development skills that were among the best I've seen on my teams. For another, he was good at invention, which is why he was the first person to generate patent activity while I was at MarkLogic and started our patent drive. I recommend highly Gajanan and his work - he is an engineer's engineer.

Gajanan Chichwadkar was my teacher during my Undergrad studies. More than teacher - he was my guide, mentor who introduced me (and many in our batch) to excitement of computer science, robotics, electronics. At the time in India when Computers were still a novelty in engineering colleges - Mr. Chinchwadkar - introduced us to parallel processing, do-it-yourself robotics and cross-disciplinary projects.
