• Centrally leaded Goonj’s ‘Not Just a Piece of Cloth’ nationwide initiative on menstrual hygiene & health management. • Planning and Designing annual intervention strategy to reach out to 1 lakh women in rural communities spread across 20+ states and a few thousands in urban cities. • Responsible for stakeholder communication of the initiative for online and offline portals. • Represented Goonj at major conferences, urban institutions,sessions, alliance meetings. • Designed training modules (on community engagement and awareness especially among women and adolescent girls,) for extended implementation team. • Created pre & post survey form and conducted surveys for the project. • Travelled extensively to conducted field visits, to monitor the implementation of the ongoing projects and give onsite inputs & trainings. • Have the exposure of tribal and rural community of different states of the country like Rajasthan, Odisha, West Bengal, MP, Bihar etc. • Undertook training session of trainers. • Written articles based on first hand stories of women on the issue of menstruation. • Worked for social media campaigns around menstrual hygiene day, urban sensitization and awareness. • Did direct intervention for a project on menstrual health with 1000 women in Delhi NCR slum areas. • Started an exhibition on the topic of menstrual health and hygiene for urban masses in Delhi NCR. • Worked in the relief operation team in Kashmir floods of 2014 . • Organized major events for Goonj, (mentioning Prayag - a social digital mela, Jagriti Yatra) by creatively planning, designing and executing it.. • Worked on a project called 100 Stories of Change in Goonj, where researched and culled out impact of implemented work and stories of change.
