Devora patiently and happily responded to my, what seemed like millions, of questions and concerns. She is generous, kind, humble, and most deserving of her position and work at Up In The Chair. Devora allowed me to research grants and sponsors, an aspect crucial to the shift of UPTC to a nonprofit, and allowed me to fundraise on our social media platforms. I was so unsure of myself at the beginning of the internship, questioning my skillsets, but meeting with her gave me the confidence to produce amazing work. She was an amazing person to simply talk to. I know she genuinely wants the best for all of her interns, and I wish the same to her!

During my internship at Up in the Chair, I was fortunate enough to have Devora as a mentor and leader. She is a very welcoming, supportive, and positive individual who brings so much light and joy to the world. I am extremely grateful that I got to participate in this internship under Devora and love the message and values that are expressed by Up in the Chair.
