I work with Balboa Park Online Collaborative as a Research and Project Assistant. I help write digital strategies for a number of museums and cultural institutions. I help set up and participate in meetings with the clients, where we gather data about their digital engagement and current technology. I then assist in writing reports and a final digital strategy for the client. I also help the team create Tiktoks that follow the most recent trends. Since starting this position, we have seen an increase in followers across all social media channels and increased engagement.
