Salesforce Support Specialist
-
Feb 2019 - May 2022
In my role as Salesforce Support Specialist I handle a wide variety of administrative needs for our org. My day to day consists of helping users log in with MFA, permissions via permission sets, and troubleshooting error messages relating to user access and approval processes. I maintain the health of our org and data integrity by performing regular cleanup of our busiest objects. Per the needs of our sales people I create permission sets, profiles, and sharing rules to restrict and grant access. My project include enhancements to our existing processes, encouraging incorporation of new or underutilized Salesforce and FinancialForce features, creating new custom objects, and mass cleanup.

Data Acquisition Manager
-
Apr 2017 - Feb 2019
As data acquisition manager, I was responsible for gathering invoices for hundreds of utility accounts for multiple clients. I run alerts on a daily basis to track down bills by their previous bill dates and to inquires on accounts that don't generate an invoice on time. I was in charge of setting up or closing accounts, keeping open communication between clients and utility companies, and keeping tight deadlines dictated by due dates. Student Shelver | Library Services Assistant
-
Oct 2014 - Apr 2017
I started out at the Public Library's Blue Ash branch as a student shelver from October 2014 to August 2015. I organized carts by alphabetical or Dewey Decimal order before taking them to their respective sections and shelving them in order. I helped customers find books they are searching for among the stacks while also shifting materials as instructed by the librarians to improve shelf space. From August 2015 to April 2017, Devon was promoted to library services assistant. She was assigned to work hours at the front desk in which she check in and out materials; help customers with reader's advisory, research, or assist customers in using the public computers. She worked with a group of coworkers to manage shelving lists and was in charge of preparing the public program calendar. Later into her position, she became assistant to the children's librarian and helped to brainstorm and prepare all necessary materials for story time and book club programs.

During my time as a student at the University of Cincinnati, I was a student worker at the Langsam Library on the main campus. I primarily worked at the front desk where I took care of returned materials, oversaw the check out of equipment, and helped students with research or computer assistance. I also organized and shelved materials in the stack. Besides these daily duties, I helped with programs made for student engagement such as Zombies in the Library, Chinese New Years, and Create a Book.
