Thomas Interior Systems has been creating "Epic Places To Work" across the country since 1977. We are a full service planning and furnishings firm providing tailored office solutions for companies in transition that are moving, remodeling, or expanding their facilities. My role here is to provide work spaces that allow employees to collaborate, co-create, contemplate, chat, huddle, process & respond, among many other modes of work. Workers are shoppers so when they are looking for a place to work you need to have an environment that will attract and retain the best talent. Today, there are 5 generations in the office, our work places must allow all generations to be their most efficient and productive selves. My focus is on helping small and medium businesses obtain affordable, attractive, and comfortable Herman Miller furniture that allow people to healthy and happy. We also offer up to 200 other manufacturers of furniture to accommodate every business need. Please feel free to stop by our new office at 180 N. Wacker Suite 450 anytime! It's a must see space!

At Cintas, I provided solutions for customers that helped increase their facility's image while improving cleanliness and sanitation. The service and solutions Cintas provide also improve safety while helping to consolidate vendors. There were about 47 different products and services I was able to offer to customers. I worked with every type of industry because Cintas' solutions work for every business no matter how big or small. My goal was to provide a convenience to my contacts so they wouldn't ever have to think about facility services or inventory management.

    • Inside Sales Representative/Project Manager
      • Sep 2006 - Dec 2007

At InterCall, I started out doing inside sales where I spent all of my time on the phone. I made 80+ outbound calls per day setting appointments with key decision makers for outside sales reps to run. The outside sales reps would offer audio, web, and video conferencing solutions to companies to allow them to communicate with each other on a global level. After about 6 months, I was promoted to a project manager where I developed and maintained relationships with InterCall's partners. Here I was the liaison between the outside sales reps and the partners such as Polycom and Brainshark.
