She went from fresh-in-the-industry to managing the largest and healthiest books of National business in a very short amount of time - ramping up quickly and efficiently. She is a motivated self starter, always willing to listen and learn, take on whatever responsibility is called for, and step in whenever her skills are needed. She is a truly exceptional 'A' player and an asset a company cannot do without.
