  Advocate independence for all people with disabilities within Mason County. Independently oversee all daily tasks of the Mason County office. Travel within Jacil’s service area and Mason county to assist all clients, with a broad range of disabilities, to work towards goals of Independent Living. Develop independent living plans for each client, with achievable goals, to assist the client in living independently. Provide oversight of goals in budgeting, shopping, medication education, meal planning, home care and personal hygiene. Collaborate with outside agencies including Division of Rehab Services for the community re-integration program and the personal assistant program. Created, maintained and implemented the Mason County Personal Assistant Training program to provide a quality database of assistants for use by clients. Execute all Personal Assistant Trainings within Mason and Morgan Counties. Collaborated with other agencies to spear head the movement and implementation of the rural public transport within Mason County. Served as President of the Interagency Resource Group, which provided outlet for all agencies to educate each other as to programs and services, they provide, to insure the best interagency collaboration within the county.
