      Hanson Darwin is a company which focused on high level service within central London for Sales and Lettings. They also offered bespoke investments deals, off market investment and overseas investments. During my role as Managing Director I created and executed a business plan which involved looking into the economic climate, budgeting and forecasting, strategising and marketing. I Managed a team of 7, which consisted of 4 lettings staff and 3 sales staff. The role was highly demanding as I also had to manage client relationships with developers, landlords, clients and various third parties. I Implemented systems to work in accordance with the website, staff and clientele, along with creating documentation such as terms and conditions of business, tenancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements and international contracts. Working with Asset Management companies and dealing with repossessions, overlooking key sales and letting deals. I constantly built up new business relationships externally by attending various networking events and by extending the business reach through current contacts. Another aspect was to monitor performance of the business by analysing and interpreting the results through management information. One of the key projects I was involved in was working with Emirate Sunland Group in Dubai as exclusive agent for the Palazzo Versace and D1 tower.
