Event Operations Intern Acted as primary contact for clients and vendors at scheduled private events including corporate picnics, weddings, and meetings totaling over seventy events. Implemented large events including Zoo Tunes summer concert series, Tasting Flight, the annual Jungle Party auction, and Brew at the Zoo with up to 3,000 guests alongside nine event specialists. Event Production Assistant Position evolved from Events Production Assistant to include Birthday Party Coordinator in which I acted as the start to finish sales manager for all clients. I operated sales, bookings, correspondence, and execution of birthday parties. Developed sales strategies and increased revenue. Participated in the execution of after-hours private donor corporate events to include numerous Seattle-based companies where I was the primary contact.
