I got to know Devidas as his manager when he joined our PLM Team roughly 1,5 years ago – in the high time of the global pandemic. From the beginning Devidas picked up a high pace in a completely new and virtual team. There he quickly became one of the key players; somebody who was constantly applying his professional knowledge, as well as his highly reliable behavior. He was an essential addition to our challenging MCAD environment. I already miss the regular discussion about our organization, especially the interesting perspectives he always used to bring up. He is a great guy, and it was a pleasure to me to work with him! I wish him all the best on his new endeavor as an entrepreneur!

I worked with Devidas for six years in total, with two years managing Devidas directly at NOV. In those two years, I've seen him not only excel at the core knowledge and skills as a Creo and Windchill Admin, but also learn other skills and knowledge that expanded his role within NOV on additional PLM software applications. Furthermore, Devidas is eager and willing to learn and take on new challenges as he is a constant professional. Devidas's knowledge and skill set along with fellow team members enabled our team to take certain risks in order to save millions of dollars a year for a period of time.
