During this global wave, co-founders Yolanda Wang established the first professional women's circle in China — Think Tank Women Academy — which joins Chinese and Western cultures through its 17,00,00 member-strong online community and offline events. Among them are managers, entrepreneurs, and other professional women. They share and inspire through the Think Tank Women Academy community, supporting each other and making progress together. Think Tank Women Academy volunteers in China and abroad work together, devoting themselves towards inspiring others and continuous innovation. We come from diverse backgrounds and are successful in a wide range of professions. Six core members are responsible for managing eight key areas in the organization: content/editing, translation, PR, offline events, design, HR, filming and photography. We have grown to over 17,00,00 members since our establishment in December 2013. Thanks to our 117 talented volunteers, , we have been able to create an far-reaching community in a number of Chinese cities and countries. We are dedicated to inspiring young women to become leaders by encouraging all women to 'lean in'. We do so through original thought pieces and material gathered from over fifty personal interviews with successful women, as well as relevant and thought-provoking pieces from other thought leaders. The articles, browsed over 2 million times in all, are highly popular on WeChat and are consistently reposted by our members.
