  Kicked off my career as a Bartender in Schoolhouse Hotel Ballsbridge in 2018 after working 6 years in my previous job. After showing potential of running a bar, i was offered the opportunity to be part of management and got promoted to Bar Supervisor of the hotel. My duties includes reporting to the bar manager. I ensure the smooth running of the bar. Making sure weekly checklists are completed by staffs.   Started in the Cherrytree Pub straight after the leaving cert. At first my role was just a cleaner and when the owner seen potential in my capabilities, i got trained to work behind the bar, floor , kitchen and eventually became one of the 3 key-holders of the Pub.
