I managed Filip at Cisco, Filip is a great asset to any organization and a pleasure to work with. Very keen to pick up new things. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable in web development . He is always willing to help out and share his expertise with others. He was a great team player and always put the team's needs first. I would recommend him to any company looking for a top-notch web developer.

Filip started working for me as an intern. This internship was a Cisco program that brought to the US very capable international students, and Filip didn’t disappoint. Filip’s skills and interest were with UX/UI so we tasked him to write a new UI for QDNAC, a UI interface for QA testing of Cisco’s Digital Network Architect Center. His UI needed to interface with existing Go Lang backend APIs. This started off as an isolated incubator project. Filip needed very little direction, so managing him took minimum effort. At the time we were experimenting with the use of React. Without any prompting, he took the additional effort to create a reusable graphics library which he used to build QDNAC. He also has very good UX sense, being able to anticipate what a user may want. This often resulted in his sprint demo’s with only minor tweaks for feedback. He is a very talented engineer. Filip is interested in all sorts of technology; technology excites him. He is also very good at communicating and this effectively allowed him to work well with pretty much anyone. What I recently found out is that he had a youtube channel. This is a side project of his. This shows his interest in talent, interest in technology and his great ability to communicate. I found the material he produced both interesting and humorous.
