In my time at Noel Leeming I worked both as a front of house customer care representative and back of house administrator. My primary responsibilities at front of house were POS operations, managing phone calls, cash handling, managing customer information, complaints and enquiries as well as sales. My back of house responsibilities were more aligned with archiving and reporting, warranty/non-warranty and CGA claims, RFC's and DOA's as well as supplier and repair agent relations.
