  Process invoices related to fixed assets to include acting as the primary contact with vendors for communications related to procedure for payment. Verify all appropriate levels of approval have been obtained for invoice processing. Complete timely update of fixed asset system to record new assets, transfers and disposals. Research and follow up with management to insure that all capital requests are entered in the capital request system, all policies are followed and all approvals are complete. Provide information to management as to open invoices and due dates to assist cash management process. Understanding of depreciation principles. Partner with vendors and fleet managers to insure timely deliver, title, registration, and tag for vehicles and proper HVUT classification and payment. Prepare and publish to MR Viewer (monthly and ad-hoc) fixed asset reports for use by divisions, Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Controllers and Division Managers. Assist Regional Controllers in analyzing, maintaining and correcting Fixed Asset records. Prepare state property tax returns. Assist with budget as it relates to Fixed Assets.
