      My project focused on evaluating different wet lab protocols that allowed me to justify the best method to create in-house protein a/g that will be coupled to magnetic beads to help purify antibody IgG. Overall, this will help all physicians and researchers advance IgG disease research, study IgG from individual patients, increase the purification rate of IgG, and lastly, have an improved understanding of immunity.
