Bio
Tyler Phelan, B.S., NRP
As an employee with AMR in GA I had the opportunity to work with Deva Strode. As an EMT I was eager to learn and continue to develop in the profession; Deva is patient and eager to teach. Our shift could be busy but she always had the time to review situations, equipment, medications, or questions on a call we ran. This continued thru my training as a Paramedic and I am grateful for her mentorship! Mentors play a key role in the development of a profession and inspire individuals to perfect their craft, challenging them to be uncomfortable (growth), and remaining open to feedback. Thank you Deva.
