Assign Unique Identity numbers for all service requests/complaints. Supervising the Front desk responsibilities like arranging Flower Bouquets, Newspapers etc., To ensure proper soft service operation (housekeeping, gardening, pest control, security) and Providing Facilities in Cafeteria, Gym etc Handling Housekeeping works which includes preparing weekly Rosters, Checklists for Supervisors and HK boys. Need to contact various vendors for purchasing and arranging the items as per the client's request. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Follow up with client for the payments.
