I was assigned to conduct legal research for ongoing court cases, prepare pleadings, and case files for court hearings. My research involved in-depth analysis of Sanction under Section 197 of Code of Criminal Procedure, Section 15 of Central Vigilance Commission, Section 120-B, and 302 of Indian Penal Code, and scrutiny of documents related to ongoing criminal cases. In addition, I also actively participated in meetings and discussions on the strategies to be used in court, and my litigation-related work spanned across the Delhi High Court and District Courts at Tis Hazari, Rouse Avenue, Saket, and Patiala House. Throughout my internship, I maintained a high level of dedication, hard work, and punctuality, and always made sure to complete my assigned tasks within the given deadlines. My practical experience in litigation has enabled me to develop a strong understanding of the legal profession and comprehend complex legal issues with ease.
