Resilient: Dev exhibited a lot of resilience in managing the respiratory and acute businesses that he led in challenging times with significant headwinds. Insightful: With his formative experience in the consumer/OTC industry, he was able to uncover insights from patients and doctors that helped in building a strong foundation for the respiratory business. c. Having a solutions mindset, he always came up with holistic and systemic solutions on how to tackle problems or capitalize on opportunities. d. Under his leadership the Angola business did very well on all key parameters despite devaluation and other macro challenges.
