As a Lead Instructor at Charter College since 2012, I had the privilege of working with Destiny in her capacity as Student Success Officer at the Vancouver campus of Charter College. I always found Destiny to be very focused on all aspects of our students' academic and personal success. She is very approachable, caring, and genuine as she interacts with students. She shows a great deal of interest in their overall welfare and listens effectively as they express their needs and concerns. Destiny can always be counted on to be positive, enthusiastic, and diligent in serving the students. Destiny is a wonderful person! She always made time for me when I needed help or someone to talk to about my academic career at Charter College. She was always professional, warm, kind, caring, sincere and on top of getting results for me or pointing me in the right direction if she wasn't able to take point on my concerns or needs. Destiny's internal customer service was always impeccable and she was always a delight delivering the campus news presentations and award certificates. I sincerely miss seeing Destiny around campus. I can say that school was not the same without her during my final coursework there. Her positivity and pleasant professionalism is sorely missed.
