Destiny's knowledge about coding and best practices with teaching young girls is phenomenal! I was highly impressed with her presentation on how to get my young lady involved and excited about coding. She actually changed my mind that day and advised me not to wait! After speaking to her more, I found this young lady to be well beyond her years when it comes to understanding the technical and social challenges related to girls and women in STEM fields. I would highly suggest that parents sign their children up for her classes and workshops. Your daughter will thank you for it later! Also, if you are looking for a dynamic energy to speak at your events or be featured on your panel, consider Destiny as she will make your event even more memorable with her amazing spirit and expertise on her subject matter. Super proud of you Destiny! Onward and upward.

Destiny Adams is AWESOME! I love how inspirational and motivational she is. STEM education is vitally important to the world, to Georgia, to students in general, and students of color in particular. Destiny is a fresh young voice that is desperately needed in this space.

STEM Atlanta Women was created to enlighten, educate and empower women and girls to take advantage of the global opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and to acquire the skills needed to compete and succeed in the 21st Century and beyond. With my vision of teaching at least 1,000 girls to code, I've been able to merge my vision with theirs and serve their community of youth via coding camps and workshops. Centered around a 48-hour hackathon-style events: 48in48 connects local nonprofits and skilled marketing and technology professionals. At the end of these 48 hours, 48 local nonprofits have new, professional, websites. I worked on the development team to offer my skills and provide services to local nonprofits. We were able to make an impact valued over $1 Million. Centered around a 48-hour hackathon-style events: 48in48 connects local nonprofits and skilled marketing and technology professionals.
