I worked with Dessi for two years at Optiv. She is an outstanding talent. She is dependable to the point that most everyone wanted to partner with her on projects . Often times, these projects had nothing to do with Dessi or her role at Optiv, but because she is so good at what she does she would be brought in. Her work product is second to none. Dessi was able to start our Talent Brand program (as well as countless others) from the ground up and what she has built is so exciting. Dessi's organizational skills are top notch. She quickly worked her way up through the ranks and in two short years is reporting directly to the CHRO. Dessi is an asset to any team and whoever is lucky enough to work with her will never forget her. One of the best things about Dessi is that she is usually the smartest person in the room, but she has a way of making everyone feel like they are contributing equally. I cannot wait to see where Dessi's career takes her. She is destined for great things.
