  Job Scope: i. Design jig model to increase efficiency in production assembly flow and also used for engineering evaluation using CAD drawing and 3D-Printing. Cary 60 i. Determined the root cause of squeaky noise produced by Cary 3500 engine latch by executing DOE. ii. Prepared CAF and WI for new chemical for EHS approval. iii. Conduct calibration, wavelength, thermal and module test for Cary 3500 engine, MCM (Thermal), MCM (Ambient), CTM (Thermal), and CTM (Ambient) using OF tester. iv. Performed time study on process to run full test of Cary 3500 engine and module. v. Perform damper quantification to determine the different between 11 Ncm and 15 Ncm dampers. Insight 200, Rapid and CG08 line i. Planning and executing the set-ups for the laser room workbench for incoming laser testing and second workbench for CG08's alignment jig. ii. Performing 5S at the unused workbench location in laser room and CG08 line. iii. Involved in project Valkyrie in assisting to update 4 Work Instructions for Insight 200 iv. Preparing necessary document for EHS buyoff v. Collect and tabulate the routing process time for incoming laser screening.
