I started in the asphalt industry as a Density Technician, while a technician I began to learn how to run different types of equipment also gaining intellectual experience as well participating in many different faucets on many award winning roads. Started from the bottom now I’m here, in my role as a foreman I lead 13-30 people everyday being responsible for millions of dollars of production and most importantly bringing those men and women home safely everyday.
