  Work with Project Management team and design team from start to finish of the project. Responsibilities include tracking all material and labor costs for self performed work, coordination of field personnel for self performed work, scheduling and coordinating all sub contractors and subcontractor personnel.Prepare daily reports, weekly cost reports for labor, materials and equipment. Proficient with word, excel, project, blue beam and pro-core. Have extreme attention to details and Specifications of the project and understanding and executing construction contracts. I continually check City ordinances for whichever project i'm on to make that their isn't City ordinance change or Code change and the project is being built under the current standards of the UBC and Title 24 requirements. Work closely with owners rep., Arch and Eng. and advise of any discrepancies when noticed through a proper RFI management system we establish during pre-construction.
