Desitha was one of the best staff I have worked with. He was in my Team when I was heading the Premier Team in Contact Centre. Desitha was very matured in handling things and had very good communication and people skills. He knew exactly what was expected of him. As a senior staff Desitha supported me in a lot of tasks and also in helping me drive the team towards it's goals. He has excellent customer service skills and recieved many commendations from customers about his good service. Staff had a lot of respect and referred him for any process and product knowledge due to his knowhow on them. He also trained and mentored many newcomers in the team. He is a great team player and was loved by everyone in the department. Desitha supported the department in several projects that added a lot of value to the business and carries a lot of experience in project management as well. Furthermore Desitha was also involved in a lot of extracurricular work which made the department eventful and fun. He was able to manage a considerable amount of activities without any short coming. He was very organized and prioritizes work. Desitha is an asset to any place who has a very supportive and can do attitude and can add a lot of value and bring positive outcomes.
