  Starting as a direct sales representatives selling residential LED lighting products as part of the state government VEET scheme. This was achieved using both door to door sales and casual mall leasing sites in major shopping centers across metro Melbourne. The first 8 months the job included reaching the set targets. Then I got the position as a Team Leader for the casual mall leasing team which included training and motivating of sales representatives. As of September I started as the Outbound Call Center Manager. The roll includes hiring, training and motivating sales representatives and time and project management to achieve maximum productivity.
