      I was responsible for multiple Provider accounts in different fields of medicine. I worked with Podiatrist's as well as an Otolaryngologist, coding their claims. Beyond coding for these providers I was responsible for posting of the insurance payments and for the insurance follow up. Along with these responsibilities I was also in charge of balancing the financials for these providers monthly and sending month end reports. I had access to all the providers contracted with PBG and handled billing customer service issues for any of the provider's patients who called into the office.
