As the Founder & Executive Director of the Frances Thompson Education I created an organization that existed to increase the enrollment and retention of Black trans students. To achieve this goal I launched a successful fundraising campaign that brought in over $60,000 to distribute to 20 Black trans students. Since then we have gone on to assist over 50 Black trans students across the country and continue to expand into a research organization focusing on improving Black trans quality of life. Show less
