As the Founder & Executive Director of the Frances Thompson Education I created an organization that existed to increase the enrollment and retention of Black trans students. Since then we have gone on to assist over 50 Black trans students across the country and continue to expand into a research organization focusing on improving Black trans quality of life. Show less
